This policy explains how BPOinBox handles information submitted through this website, including contact forms, assessment report forms and collateral requests.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, work email, phone number, company, role, area of interest, message content, assessment score, assessment category scores, question-level assessment responses, source page and basic technical information such as IP address and browser user agent.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, send acknowledgement emails, schedule discussions, share requested collateral, evaluate assessment results and improve the relevance of BPOinBox discovery conversations.

Emails to both parties

When you submit a form, the website is configured to send an internal notification to BPOinBox and an acknowledgement copy to the submitter. Email delivery depends on the production hosting and domain email configuration.

Assessment data

Assessment reports are directional self-diagnostics. If you choose to submit a report, the score, band, category score and question-level responses are included in the email and private submission backup so that the follow-up discussion is more useful.

Storage and retention

The website can maintain a private CSV backup of submissions on the server. Server access should be restricted to authorized administrators. Retention should be periodically reviewed and outdated submissions should be removed when no longer required.

Sharing

We do not sell submitted website data. Information may be shared with authorized BPOinBox / Enrich team members or implementation partners only when required to respond to the request.

Security

The package includes protected folders for server-side configuration and submission backups. Production deployment should also include HTTPS, strong hosting credentials, SPF/DKIM/DMARC email configuration and periodic review of access permissions.
